Free Shipping Balancia provides complimentary standard shipping on all orders placed through our website. Free shipping is available to all eligible delivery addresses within Australia and is automatically applied at checkout — no promotional code is required.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders submitted on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary based on your location. The following estimates apply to standard shipping within Australia:

  • Metropolitan areas (e.g. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–8 business days
  • Remote and rural locations: 8–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Balancia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at drinkbalancia@gmail.com.

Delivery Address Accuracy It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Balancia will not be held liable for orders dispatched to an incorrect address submitted by the customer. Should you identify an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at drinkbalancia@gmail.com.

Unsuccessful Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a collection card with further instructions. If a parcel is returned to Balancia due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs incurred.

Lost or Damaged Parcels In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at drinkbalancia@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
